Çiğ Köfte (Raw Balls)
Less buttery ground meat dry onion and walnut mixture is placed gently into the kneaded thin pound wheat outer side. Cooked in red-hot oil and served.
İçli Köfte (Meat Balls)
Served with the addition to the eggplant cooked on ashes, lemon water and black pepper.
